- 2 tbsp natural yogurt
- 1 tsp wholegrain mustard
- 3 sprigs tarragon, leaves finely chopped
- 30g walnuts
- 1 Cos lettuce
- 2 sticks celery
- 1 crisp eating apple
- 100g red grapes

Start by making the dressing, combine the yogurt, mustard and tarragon and season.

Toast the walnuts in a dry frying pan. Chop the lettuce on a board and slice the celery and apple. Add the toasted walnuts and the grapes to the board, season and chop everything together.

Drizzle the dressing all over the salad and serve straight from the board.
