you-will-need

  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Sweet Chilli sauce
  • Juice of ½ lime
  • 225g cooked tiger prawns
  • 100g mange tout
  • 10 radishes, quartered
  • 1 celery stick, sliced
  • 3 spring onions, trimmed
  • ½ Iceberg Lettuce

what-to-do

  1. Mix together the soy, chilli sauce and lime juice. Pour over the prawns and leave to marinate.

  2. Arrange the mange tout, radish, celery, spring onion and leaves on a plate or in a bowl. Top with the prawns and drizzle over the marinade.
