- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Sweet Chilli sauce
- Juice of ½ lime
- 225g cooked tiger prawns
- 100g mange tout
- 10 radishes, quartered
- 1 celery stick, sliced
- 3 spring onions, trimmed
- ½ Iceberg Lettuce

Mix together the soy, chilli sauce and lime juice. Pour over the prawns and leave to marinate.

Arrange the mange tout, radish, celery, spring onion and leaves on a plate or in a bowl. Top with the prawns and drizzle over the marinade.
